Annual Meeting and Holiday Celebration

Please plan to join us in kicking off the holiday season and celebrating our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). There will be a short Annual Board meeting to recap the successes of 2025. Refreshments will be provided. This meeting is open to the public and we encourage you to bring the entire family! A parking lot is located on the East and West side of the building. Additional free parking located on Long St.
