We are a nurse practitioner-led primary care family practice at The Ohio State University Medical Center East Hospital. In collaboration with the Family Medicine practice at Outpatient Care East, we provide an interprofessional team approach to offer comprehensive physical and mental health care for people of all ages, including telehealth.
